Born in 1972. Initially a short film maker and animator, Wheatley moved his work to the internet instantly gaining a wider audience. His viral clip Cunning Stunt has had over 10 million views. The hundred or so short virals, animations and games found on mrandmrswheatley.co.uk soon caught the eye of large media companies and Wheatley's work expanded into main stream media.
In 2006 Wheatley won a Lion at Cannes advertising festival for directing AMBX viral with the viralfactory. In July 2006 Wheatley directed the live action sections for Modern Toss, which was aired on Channel 4. Wheatley has also written and created clips for BBC Two's Time Trumpet and directed and appeared in sketches for BBC Three's Comedy Shuffle. Between 2007 and 2009 Wheatley directed series 2 of Modern Toss, The Wrong Door and Ideal series 5 for BBC3. In May 2009 he directed his first feature film Down Terrace which won the Next Wave prize at Fantastic Fest in Austin and Best UK Feature at Raindance in London. Wheatley’s second film Kill List premiered at SXSW Film Festival. Currently is working on his third feature.

Gil Leung is a writer and curator based in London. She is Distribution Manager at LUX, London and Editor of VERSUCH journal. She previously worked as Assistant Curator for Tate Film and Live Programmes and writes for Afterall and various independent publications. LUX is an international arts agency for the support and promotion of artists’ moving image practice and the ideas that surround it. LUX exists to provide access to, and develop audiences for, artists' moving image work; to provide professional development support for artists working with the moving image; and to contribute to and develop discourse around practice.

Born in 1984. As a child, he was a member of the National Youth Theatre. While studying at London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art he and his twin brother Harry made their screen debut in the feature film Brothers in the Head. Both were nominated for British Independent Film Award as Most Promising Newcomers. After graduating in 2006, he played in the series Innocence Project for BBC television. and also appeared in the Channel 4 drama Clapham Junction. He made his stage debut in Saint Joan at the Royal National Theatre, followed by playing Albert in the original production of War Horse at the same venue. His latest films are Clash of the Titans, Killing Bono, The Whistleblower, Attack the Block and You Instead.

Philip Cox produced and directed his first films in Scotland, completing an honours degree in languages and literature at the University of Edinburgh. With a primary interest in documentary he created Native Voice Films with his brother in 1998. For the last 10 years he has worked both as a director and producer of award winning broadcast and Indy documentaries as well as a freelance news cameraman. Phil also teaches and lectures around the world at film schools in India, Italy and Latin America. He is fluent in Spanish and has filmed for a considerable period in Latin America, Africa and the Middle East. He has recently been filming in the Sudan, Bolivia and Pakistan. He has been awarded the Rory Peck Award for his work in the Sudan civil war and has since been nominated for 7 other international awards. Phil’s latest feature documentary premiered at Sundance.
